New Zealanders have a reputation for delivering creative solutions to challenging problems. In recent years, global supply issues, tight labour markets and rising costs have increased the incentive to apply our Kiwi ingenuity to the way we do business. Motion Design have been fortunate enough to work alongside many NZ Manufacturers during this process, and have seen first hand the game changing impact it can have. We'll explore practical examples of how we have seen companies innovate with automation, and present some common themes that improve the probability for success.
About the Presenter:
Matt is a Senior Design Engineer at Motion Design, where he and the team work with New Zealand manufacturers to design and build bespoke machines, robotics and automation solutions. Matt holds a PhD in Mechatronics and has a background in R&D, machine design and product development.
